Font, colour and image are three pillars of a good design. They should not only be matching with each other, but also must reflect the business they are designed for. So if your logo is for some arty business, it must be delicate and elegant. But if it is for some serious business like banking and public service, it ought to be bold and professional-looking. Since fashion industry is all about style and delicacy, you can create an excellent design by giving it a classy touch. Here are 10 fonts for your classy fashion logo that’ll effectively promote the elegance and sophistication of the fashion house’s creations. I’ve also give some tips on where to use them but they are not written on stone. You are free to use them the way your art demands.

1. Broadway

This bold and beautiful design is as old as 1927. It was designed by Morris Puller Benton for American Type Founders. Initially it was designed to be used as All-CAPS headings but it is no more a norm. The best thing about this font is that despite it boldness it gives a sense of style and is excellent to be used for logos designed for youth fashion brands.

2. Adobe Garamond Pro

I like this, again, for its good readability. When used in bold it can create elegant Headings. Even without making it bold, you can use it for displaying your taglines.

3. Chiller

This is one of my most favourite fonts as it takes less space yet gives a cool and cheeky look to the logo.

4. French Script MT

This handwritten font is the perfect choice for any fashion brand logo. I have used it in perfume brands and it looked just awesome there. To make it even classier, you can use it in bold and italics – a perfect combination for a stylish heading.

5. Hobo Std

This simple rounded font gives a feeling of friendliness and warmth. That’s why it is usually used in invitation cards and menus but if you put in a fashion brand logo, it’ll give a welcoming note to its viewers and will definitely add up a big chunk in the client’s population of that company.

6. Impact

The name says it all – you can easily impact the audience using it. It is really catchy and one can’t easily avoid looking at it. It is designed exclusively for short headings; It wouldn’t look good, if you used it for long taglines.

7. Matura MT Script Capital

It’s a true type font that looks great on logos with its pleasing to eye effect. It is not still common in logo designs and will give a unique to your designed emblem.

8. Ravie

Like previous, this is a regular yet stylish font for your fashion logo.

9. RoseWood Std Regular

This font gives a long-lasting impact on its viewers and has a traditional look. It’s all-CAPS font that can create an elegant fashion logo design.

10. Viner Hand ITC

This simple handwritten font is not much suitable for headings but is perfectly well for taglines below main headings.
