Just buy looking at it u should have now that. And any house u going to buy that is that old you should have ask that. Come ladies your not that dumb
I love your show!
Some people are saying that this Reno couldn't be done for 60K. But some construction people work for cheap. They want to see their families and enjoy the weekend with the 6 pack. Also,Cosmetics are not expensive. Paint is the cheapest item that you can buy to transform a space. If you spend. 20K on the addition. And 40,000 for paint, Tile, Kitchen its Totally doable. Some people are so high minded. Subway tile is $2.50 a sheet.
wooden table? to bathroom? it will be affected by humidity

Totally awesome and creative. Loved it!
I have a dough table too!
Just ? There’s just too many lies in this 21:43 video ??♀️ The cost to renovate cant be that cheap Those designs are a hit and miss in my book??♀️ Idc about any of that tho they clearly half ass this house this house has not been used in ten years they need to be scrubbing getting the house inspection checking the wiring checking the plumbing hiring pest control what about insulation in the house asking for 200,000 but none that done but that’s what real house owners care about and actually need to live in that house??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
Did they use black stickers to create the cross design on the small white tiles?
Quedo bonito ??
'We love bungalows because they have so much built in charm.' So we rip out all the charm and turn them into absolutely nothing recognizable about their former selves.'There, I fixed the dialogue
I did not like the decor in living space. Too hodge-podge! I do like the black and white floor though and interior black doors.
So sad you ruined it…
Where did you find that rug? Beautiful house..great job
Amazing reno. I'm going to love finding a small but chic house such as this.
I KNOW RIGHT?????????????????? STOP!!!
Love the sewing table sink!
Bungalows are supposed to be small, and one floor and cost a lot less than a house.
50,000 to reno? I'm hysterically laughing with what slave labor?
I don’t like the dead animal for the floor rug. I do like the fake animal on the wall. Other than that I would totally love living there. Good love ❤️ in this home❤️
the note said 1200 square feet, she said 1300. What!?
They are doing nice work. But they lack the most important element of real estate: location. Spokane? Ugh.
Now please tell us the real cost of this renovation, unless you got a lot of donations your price has got to be off.
If this is what you do on the side, or for a living, you should have known anything before around 1957 or so has a high chance of having asbestos ! It also has a high chance of termites, mold, leaks that caused it, and major electrical problems. THAT IS WHY YOU HAVE A n inspection before or after. If it won't be until after better have a good contingency budget !! If The sellers realtor has told you something may exist, use it to get the price down!. And for Pete's sake! Watch Property brothers- Drew and Jonathan Scott! It's not like they don't have about 5 different shows. I can't afford cable on disability and my friend and neighbor shares her wi-fi. There are very few full shows on the net, and if there are they are prob hijacked and the sound is bad or pic is half size, but, there are enough interviews of them out there you could learn a ton! I did and I live in a crappy too small 2bdrm. Rental apt. With my porch facing the lovely parking lot and fumes!
Contractor is cute!
Did they insulate this house? Did they redo the plumbing? Did they rewire the electric?
Just came across your channel. I enjoyed watching you save and reuse some of the antique stuff and work it into a new design. I think it’s “Charming”. I’d watch more episodes. You have great personality.
I MUST BE your target audience. ???
This is the first time l've seen your videos…l'm a decorator and old home Renovator…and from Spokane! love it!
thanks
The mural is ugly.
Wow! Impressive. Love it. Great team. Do my house. Chicago area. Pretty please!
I totally love this show and this house, very inspirational. We’ve rehabbed over 30 houses, big and small and I don’t know how they can do all that plus HVAC, windows, insulation plumbing , wiring, roof etc etc. and labor for 60k. good job ?
Vg
The items used to decorate -yuck! Too funky -not elegant. Mr. & Mrs. art – epic fail. A lot of elements did not keep in line with the style of the house. The wall words are hideous in that house.
And….. only 2 videos ever posted? Why bother?
I really like it.
Such negative comments below! Obvious these ladies know their business. Pulling down walls bring out lots that need to change to be able to sell (code issues like electric, plumbing and asbestos issues must be part of every Reno). People seem to forget staging items don’t stay with the home…just for show. I think they did a great job! ❤️

I think their ideas are funky and better suited for specific people wanting those designs. They should stick to being hired for that purpose and not flipping houses, hoping that one quirky person shows up to buy.
