I don’t think anyone ever makes a decision on one out of 3 property choices on first outing.
Also bespoke should really be ground up.
And def more for the money outside of BH and adjacent. Still can’t figure out everyone wants to be in congested west side.

Wait, did I miss them revealing which house they chose at the end? The first has the most beautiful woodwork. Every attention to detail was not overlooked, except Belenda, who wanted more yard than that. She does realize that no matter where you are in a subdivision, you will have more house and less yard. It's all about price per square foot that sells the house. Beautiful homes.

These houses are the size of a grocery store. Grocery stores spend around 65k a month in electricity. Does that boggle your mind right now? The monthly electric bill would be more than a normal persons yearly salary.
