To accommodate her growing family, designer Cindy Bleeks of Feasby and Bleeks Design expanded her 110-year-old house with a two-storey addition. See how she renovated the space to create a functional, family-friendly interior that doesn’t skimp on style.
The addition was built onto the back of the house and covered in grey Cape Cod-style shingles. A combined living and family room is the heart of the home, while a newly built mudroom and powder room are practical – and pretty – add-ons. Increasing storage space was one of the family’s main needs, so Cindy added ample built-ins and custom-built roof trusses to take advantage of the tall ceilings. A dreamy, spacious master bedroom and extra kids’ rooms complete the transformation.

Gorgeous design!
I love this house…love the design and color scheme used throughout, simply gorgeous ❤
Don't like the camera work. The cuts are too fast, so you don't have enough time to löok at things but then the same angles are shown over and over again, but all really fast. Annoying.
beautiful house…her voice was annoying tho..drink a glass of water will ya! lol
The mud room is white!?
Love the house but her vocal fry ??
Lovely house, I wish they went into more detail for some elements. Would love to have seen more information on the roof storage idea
The mushroom is my favorite part
As beautiful as the house is, the coffee table is by NO means functional or pragmatic 4 young children or teenagers
That get.havenly.com ad is absolutely horrid.
I love the design of this home…very simple but functional and elegant.
Nice but too much gray, super trendy colour right now, which means everything will need painting in a few years to prevent it from looking dated.
Love the grays wish you could do mines the same way
Must be a Republican
Why would ya make a mud room white
This is so my style
I love this.. can fully live here
One of the best homes ever showcased on this channel
It's so cozy, I wanna live here.
You designed a BEAUTIFUL home and I love your style.
I don't think the neighborhood was why they stayed. I think the dog at 0:18 vetoed the move.
Lovely

Finally a house that feels like a home! The master bedroom looks serene and the kids' rooms look like real children's rooms!

gorgeous family home. she did a really good job at making it a home you can actually LIVE in with kids while keeping it super chic. love the grey on the exterior and the wall art in the living room.
beautiful decorated house ,very good everything.please quit the gutteral fry way of speaking its annoying, its not artistic or for the creative, which you definitely are,its for unconfident ,youth and rather silly

Hit the nail on the head with this one! It just feels real.
I like all of the elements in this house.
Love the warm family feel. Want to do white cabinets and gray sectional. What color did you use. Realizing there r so many whites

Not pertaining to the H&H video BUT I love that Delta Airline put their ad up displaying a gay couple. Sweet

Lovely! Anyone knows where to but the couch they have?
this is one of the few designs I have seen on this channel that looks like people can and do actually live and function in the space. it's not my style or even favorite desigb, but it looks really nice and livable and I bet this family is really happy
This house has so many amazing elements! I definitely could see myself living in this house.:)
