I have white cabinets with spashes of wood and I still like it after more then 15 years! The only thing I would like to update is the backsplash tiles.
Wood slab cabinets. Me thinking: imagine cleaning that ????????????
White is classic I don’t think it’s a trend. I have an all white and marble kitchen and I love it. It’s clean.
Whats the name of, or where can I find the tiles at 5:47?
The problem in the US is that people are used to "open floor plans".
You probably get tired of thee look because you see at morning till night.
In other countries people don't live in the kitchen. There only cook there and eat at a table some where else where you don't see the kitchen.
Open floor plan is considered substandard because it lacks style, class and sophistication. Most people in the rest of the world don't consider the kitchen as such a desirable place, especially not women.
In most more expensive neighborhoods you don't see the kitchen because it is hidden and has a door.
White is not timeless. Wood cabinets are timeless. You're just too young to know this.
I like white kitchen!!!❤
Thank you for this video, very inspiring!
And it calms me a bit – we renovated a kitchen and were a bit bold with colour, cream and taupe cupboardd with handles in copper colour. We wanted a backsplash with a soft green colour and chose pastel green glass, unfortunately the green colour got lighter and stronger with the white wall behind, a bit too much… beginner‘s mistake. I still like it but I was a bit afraid of the reaction of other people… if colour gets more fashionable, all the better…
What is happening to our persecution of “beautiful “? All of the pictures he showed are absolutely terrible.
No a fan of the IKEA look! Contemporary look.
Updating my kitchen with white shaker cabinets, white subway backsplash, and a light gray granite countertop. Stainless appliances except for my BlueStar range which is a rich red. The red is eye-catching and breaks up the monotony of the white. Plus, my KitchenAid mixer is the same color as my range, and with hanging utensils and cutting boards, the white is not boring. For me, white kitchens will always be classic and timeless. All it takes is a little bit of color thrown in. And that's color you can always change later.
Horizontal lines make something look taller/slender. Well known optical illusion but somehow most people get it wrong 😉
Can’t go wrong with natural wood, white, or black kitchens. Those three are the CLASSICS and will forever be the standard.
I like white kitchens. Metal is boring but manufacturers have learned they can make their products cheaper by not finished their products
The wood slat cabinets look neat, but keeping them clean…. Oh my!
No more white kitchens? Guess I'll be eating soul food, then.
I’ve had a white country kitchen for 30 years and will have one until I die. I don’t care about trends or what others like.
Not my style, white is so boring to me
Gray is out
I cannot stand white kitchens and they are so popular. ????
