The design is good but if you are in a typhoon prone area you have to reinforce the support of the roof of open areas as it has the tendency to capture strong wind.

What is the cost?
I don't like this design because I feel it have some disadvantages as below:
— About living room : It at outside
++ It can be have dust from street , front yard
++ If the atmosphere is hot, how can you feel comfortable when you sit here
++ You use soft sofa , if it is rainy and windy, maybe sofa can be wet and dusty
++ The noise from street will make we feel uncomfortable when we have conversation
— About the table for diner : It also outside so it also have some disadvantage as sofa.
— About the kitchen,
++ Position for cooking is opposes with bathroom, it feel it is no hygiene in cooking.
++ The entrance to bathroom be shared with area of cooking and it a litle small, it is not safe.
— The bedroom for two person:
++ The shelf of book , small thing is above position of head , it is not safe for sleeping
— The bedroom for one person:
++ Have a glass sliding door which view to street. This make you feel unsafe in private space. I bet that you don't want to open it.
— Where is shoe shelf ??
Bathroom might in middle of both bedroom

I have issues when people want to know – answers. Their questions are – they don't know enough to ask questions.
Example
= look(good, luxurious, expensive, classy, artistic, proper, …)
= fake luxurious you mean.?
= i don't know and i don't want-to know.

I am sorry that I read Russian comments with what the hell . In Vietnam surround me , they hitle and scare each other all their life untill their death. As it is their characteristics . So I call this house the hidden charming place . Whatever , it is much better than jail and hospital .
What a fun . I do not know why they are the old in polluted areas but too strong to be able to stay quiet . They have to break old house and make new big houses and huge buildings all the times . They do not like to make this small house separatedly .
While I am too tired of , much weaker than , bored with them . I have most of time on my own , lonely .
